WS requires no initial investment to have our patented benches installed throughout your property including one for each property owner. A per-unit monthly fee is all that is required eliminating any up front investment.
IWS installs each patented bench so it is located conveniently near each resident’s door. These durable benches provide a convenient place to sit as well as storage for two full 13 gallon trash bags which are stored conveniently under the bench seat lid which lifts up to store your trash bags.
A uniformed IWS employee collects the trash from each bench or container five or six days a week using a leak resistant mobile cart.
All trash is transferred to one of our insured fleet vehicles and transported to the compactor.
