How does it work?

IWS installs a durable, attractive trash container right outside each resident’s door. Attractive trash containers? That’s right. Similar in look and feel to a small park bench, allowing them to blend into your environment, not stand out. |

When it’s time to take out the trash, your residents just open their door, lift the seat of the bench and drop their bagged trash into a cavity that’s big enough for two 13 gallon household trash bags. Now that’s convenience! |

A uniformed IWS employee makes the rounds and empties each bench, dropping the trash into a leak-resistant mobile cart. |

 |
The IWS employee transfers the trash to one of our insured fleet vehicles for delivery to your compactor. All trash is put into the compactor and the area is kept free of loose trash and debris.
